2020 HEADSHOT event

The headshot. It’s the single most important marketing and branding tool for any professional. So, don’t cut corners and think that the selfie or pic your cousin took of you on vacation with the cropped out margarita is good enough. It’s 2020, my friend, and the time has come for you to take yourself and your career journey more seriously!

I will help you capture the professional image of yourself that you need so that when that little profile pic of you pops up on a potential employer’s or customer’s screen they say, “Yes, I want to meet that person!”

TIME: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM

15-min session

1 outfit, 1 white backdrop

3 fully edited hi-res digital images

(We will shoot about 10-12 images per shoot and you will get to select which 3 you want to keep.

Edited images will be delivered by end of day, Friday, 2/28. Additional images can be purchased separately. See add-ons below.)

A full blowout of full dry styling, using hot tools to style your hair. Plan for this service to take 30-min.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Makeup and/or hair services will be an add-on option you can select during your booking process. After booking your photo time slot and choosing one of these services, Missy Palacol Photography will reach out to you to to confirm your designated makeup and/or hair service appointment start time in coordination with your photoshoot time. Payment for makeup and/or hair services will not be included on your invoice total from Missy Palacol Photography, rather they will be paid directly to Elizabeth White Artistry on the day of the event.

I’m a Seattle-area portrait and brand photographer with over 12 years of brand and marketing strategy experience at large corporations and over 18 years of photography experience under my belt.

As a former corporate professional turn entrepreneur myself, it excites me to help others achieve their dreams. I especially understand the importance of creating a visual brand. And while having high-quality professional photography can give your brand a layer of trust and appeal, it can be hard to execute on your own. I help to ensure that you're visually presenting a professional, clear, and memorable brand to your ideal audience - whether it’s to your potential employer’s or customer’s.

I am a professional makeup artist and hair stylist with over 16 years of experience in the wedding and special event industry, but I also enjoy helping working professionals, both women AND men, go from feeling amature to pro in front of the lens for their headshots.

I love that my career gives me the opportunity to enchance my client’s best features for any occasion. From an airbrushed complexion to a glowing natural look, I have the skill to achieve whatever your style is. I have advanced makeup artistry knowledge for photography and I truly pride myself in professionalism to provide a one of a kind experience for all I work with.
